How does Element analyze my swing?
You record or upload a swing video. Element measures what it sees, identifies the root cause behind your misses, and builds a practice plan around it — measurements first, opinions second.
Is my swing video stored?
No. Your video is uploaded for analysis and is not retained after processing. Frames extracted from it are sent to Google’s Gemini API for analysis. The full details are in our Privacy Policy.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are billed through Apple. You can manage or cancel anytime in your App Store subscription settings — changes take effect at the end of the current billing period.
How do I delete my account and data?
Email us at support@elementgolf.app from the address you signed up with and we’ll delete your account and associated data.
